Kühne pickles are produced in Turkey and in the factory, which produces at world standards and has IFS and BRC certificates. The crop is processed within 24 hours. The jars are filled untouched by hand with the filling machine. Jars full of gherkins are also filled with brine. The lids of the brine jars are closed with a capping machine. The closed jars go to the Pasteurization machine and are pasteurized. Products from pasteurization are placed on pallets and ready for sale.
