It is designed for products that need to be deep-frozen and pre-fermented, which are then baked after defrosting. Pulso Frozen ensures that no collapsing occurs during baking, and the baking time remains the same as that for products baked directly. It is ideal for a wide variety of frozen products, including croissants, pizzas, Danish pastries, bagels, and buns. This product helps reduce waste and ensures resistance in frozen doughs. The recommended dosage is 2% of the weight of the flour (2 kg of product for 100 kg of flour). Pulso Frozen comes in a 20 kg kraft paper bag and should be stored in a cool and dry place.
