
Pulso Fresh is a specially formulated dough improver designed to enhance softness and improve the inner structure of breads such as sandwich breads, hamburger buns, and toasts. This product prolongs the freshness of breads, ensuring that they maintain their softness for up to 10 days. Thanks to its active ingredients, Pulso Fresh stabilizes the dough during fermentation, ensuring consistent results throughout the process. It helps delay staling and reduces the quantity of waste produced. The recommended dosage is 1% of the flour weight (1 kg of product for 100 kg of flour). Packaged in a 20 kg kraft paper bag, Pulso Fresh should be stored in a cool, dry place, with a shelf life of 1 year under proper storage conditions.
