Kühne Balsamic Vinegar (Aceto Balsamico Di Modena) is produced in the city of Modena, where it is named, by 10 certified producers approved by the consortium. Kühne Balsamic Vinegar is purchased from Ponti, one of these ten producers, and bottled in our İzmir Kemalpaşa factory.
Balsamic vinegar, like wine, in different barrels (oak/chestnut) min. It is a very special type of vinegar made by aging for 5-10 years, with an intense aroma and a color close to molasses. For this reason, it is accepted all over the world and its price is more expensive than other vinegars. The production details of balsamic vinegar, which has been made since the 11th century, defined by the word "Balsamum" meaning "Aromatic Fragrances" in Latin, are kept as a family secret. It can be used in all kinds of salads (especially cheese salads), juicy dishes, marinades, sauces, grilled meats and fish. Kühne Balsamic Vinegar is available in 250 ml and 500 ml glass varieties.
