Fresh Kashkaval is a semi-hard cheese variety that made of pasteurized cow milk. The slightly hard texture of this yellow table cheese is suitable for grilling and grating. It can be served as a cheese platter or used in salads, appetizers, pizzas, macaroni, and lasagna.

 
Ingredients: Pasteurized cow milk, rennet, starter culture,
salt, E202. Emulsifying salts (Sodium Citrate, Sodium Phosphate).
Dry matter has at least 25 % milk fat. Contains lactose.
