For convenience it is offered in 225, 400, 700, 1000, 2000, and 5000 Gram packages. 100 grams will meet 90% of your daily calcium needs.
Ingredients: Pasteurized cow milk, rennet, starter culture,
salt, E202. Emulsifying salts (Sodium Citrate, Sodium Phosphate).
Dry matter has at least 45 % milk fat. Contains lactose.
