Product description

This integrated liquid yeast system continuously provides cold yeast directly into your production process, improving efficiency and enhancing bread quality. The system eliminates the need to retrieve yeast from the cold room by positioning the refrigerating unit beside the mixer. It allows for precise dosing using the liquid yeast gauging container and dosage valve, ensuring better performance through the even diffusion of liquid yeast. The system is hygienic, easy to operate, and guarantees quality results. The recommended dosage is up to 4% for 100 kg of flour. The yeast is stored in a 22 kg BIB (Bag in Box) within the refrigerating unit, and the product should be maintained between 0 °C and +4 °C to preserve its quality.
