Weaving Layer

Woven reinforcing layer made of high strength industrial polyester weft and warp yarn

It is manufactured in the form of 2/1 twill (woven herringbone) with double warp thread.

Weaving is done with 2-layer warp yarn to make the weaving layer withstand friction longer.

Properties

Hoses are 1', 11/2', 12/3, 2', 21/2', 23/4', 3' and 4' (inch) and the inner diameters of the hoses are:

1'         25 mm

11/2' 38 mm

12/3 42 mm

2'         52 mm

21/2' 64 mm

23/4' 70 mm

3'         75 mm

4' is 100-110 mm.

Hoses are manufactured according to their inches: 20-25-30 mt lengths.

Made with specially formulated rubber.

It has an inner lining that reduces friction loss and allows it to adhere strongly to the weaving surface.

Special inner coating (lining) layer that can provide lower (-20°C) temperature resistance.

It has a special inner lining that increases its resistance to UV rays, negative effects of the atmosphere and ozone layer, fats and chemicals.
