Weaving Layer

It is manufactured from high strength industrial polyester weft and warp yarn in the form of woven jacket layer (Flat mesh).

It has a special weaving structure that minimizes pressure losses.

It provides excellent protection against physical and chemical damage between the inner and outer coating layer.

Inner and Outer Coating

The hoses are 11/2', 2', 21/2', 23/4', 3' and 4' (inch) and the inner diameters of the hoses are:

11/2' 38 mm

13/4' 45 mm

2'         52 mm

21/2' 64 mm

23/4' 70 mm

3'         75 mm

4' is 100 mm.

Hoses are manufactured according to their inches: 20-25-30 mt lengths.

A single step production method is used with the ''through-the-weave'' extrusion method using a specially formulated thermo-rubber mixture.

There is a smooth inner layer that reduces friction loss and a special coating that increases resistance to oils, chemicals and friction.

It has a non-porous outer layer that prevents harmful chemicals from damaging the weaving layer.

It is produced with a special formula that can provide lower (-30°C) temperature resistance.
