It is obtained by natural fermentation of selected grapes. It is residue-free, clear and intensely aromatic. The vinegar obtained as a result of fermentation is rested in storage tanks and it is provided to have a better aroma. Grape vinegar is also filtered so that the vinegar is sterilized and clarified. The filtered vinegar is ready for filling. No additives other than the antioxidant we put in the grape vinegar to be filled within the legal limits.
