It ensures high efficiency, cost savings, and minimizes excess yeast odor in the final product. Ideal for industrial bread production and long fermentation processes, it delivers consistent results with reduced yeast usage. For best quality, store between 0 °C and +4 °C, with a maximum acceptable temperature of 10 °C. Shelf life: 30 days under optimal storage conditions.
