It is obtained by cold pressing method from olives grown in the geography including Edremit Bay, Burhaniye, Ayvalık and Dikili. It has a soft natural  flavor. Free fatty acidity in terms of oleic acid is below 0.8%. You can use it in all your meals, especially adding flavor to your cold dishes, sauces and salads .
