
The E-MKF 1 is a modular electrical deck oven designed for small and medium-sized production units, patisseries, hotel kitchens, and traditional bakeries. It allows simultaneous baking of different flour-based products, each with unique temperature and baking time requirements.
Thanks to its independent deck system, users can control temperature, baking time, and steam levels separately for each deck. This ensures consistent product quality whether baking in a pan or directly on the stone base. The oven can also be combined with fermentation cabinets if needed.
