Product description

Frigo Liquid Yeast is an automated system designed for high-production industrial bakeries, integrating the advantages of liquid yeast while ensuring optimal yeast quality. The system preserves yeast within the cold chain from storage to incorporation into the dough, maintaining the desired temperature and consistency throughout the process. Yeast is automatically pumped into the boiler in the specified amount via the control panel, ensuring standardized yeast usage in each batch. This helps optimize production and reduce waste, promoting a sustainable and efficient process. The recommended dosage is up to 4% for 100 kg of flour. The yeast is stored in a 1,000 lt (1,050 kg) high-resistance polyethylene tank, maintained in a cold room until used in production.
